Room A - 50-Seater

50 seats

Our largest space. Seats 50 comfortably in a bright, air-conditioned, AAA-grade office environment - ideal for training days, workshops, seminars and community gatherings. Equipped with whiteboards, TV screens with Apple TV casting and a professionally lit, camera-ready presentation wall.

Room B - 30-Seater

30 seats

The same premium standard in a more intimate format. Seats 30 comfortably - perfect for team sessions, breakaway groups, board-style meetings, classes and smaller workshops. Whiteboards, TV casting and a professionally lit presentation wall included.

Both Rooms - Up to 80

Up to 80 seats

Hire both rooms together for larger events, or run a main session alongside breakaway groups. Up to 80 attendees across the two spaces. Booking both is simply the two room rates added together.

The Recording Room

4 seats

A separate, sound-dampened room seating four - built for podcasts, interviews, course content and announcements. It has its own camera feed and operator desk, plus a mobile interactive touch board you can bring in. Your session is captured on our cameras either way - we can run the stream for you, or you can run it yourself on your own laptop and platform.

Weekday mornings and Sunday afternoons.

Our spaces run as a tuition centre in the afternoons and on Saturdays - which means you get a premium venue in the hours most venues can't offer, at rates hotels can't match.

A Camera Feed In Every Space
Room A has a two-camera desk, Room B its own, and the Recording Room runs on a feed of its own - so this is available in whichever space you book, not only in the Recording Room.

Operated, we run the vision mixing, the stream and the recording on our own machine and streaming account. Dry hire, you bring your own laptop and streaming platform and connect to the same camera feeds.

Which spaces?

Pick one or more - they add up.

  • Book more than one space and the rates simply add up - there is no package rate to work out.

Recording or streaming?

  • Recording or live streaming adds R500 per hour or R3 000 per block, for each space you book.

Who operates?

Operated means we run it end to end - our operator, our machine, our vision mixing and our streaming account. Dry hire means you bring your own laptop and your own streaming platform, and connect to our camera feeds the same way we do.

Bringing your own stream? You'll need a reasonably recent laptop - a quad-core i5, Ryzen 5 or any Apple Silicon chip, 8 GB of RAM or more, and a hardware encoder (standard on most machines since about 2018) - with a free USB-A 3.0 or USB-C port, and OBS or similar installed. Plan for a stable 10-20 Mbps upload for 1080p.

How long?

2-hour minimum on hourly bookings.

  • Sunday-afternoon blocks are priced the same as morning blocks.

A deposit, and a test run.

Your date is held the moment the deposit is paid, and it comes straight off your final invoice.

Your 30-minute test run

Before your first captured session you come in for half an hour and use the setup properly: record yourself, push a stream to a test endpoint, and see the parameters and formats you will be working with. You leave knowing exactly what your session will look like, and so does whoever is editing it afterwards.

Included with every recording or streaming booking, and required before your first captured session. Booking a space without cameras? It is yours if you want it, but nothing hinges on it.
