Thank you for showing an interest in Seventh Star Tuition. You are about to complete a registration process and join the family! We are so excited!
Before you start, here are a few important details that you should take note of:
- We strongly recommend that before you register for your course, you read through the details of the course page found in the top menu of the website (Extra Lessons, University Assistance or NBT Courses).
- The first step will be to add the service you would like to register for to your cart. You can do this by clicking on “select options” under the course you are interested in. You can then select the details of the course.
- You can register for multiple courses at the same time by adding new items to your cart.
For monthly face-to-face courses:
- Please note that there is a registration fee equivalent to 1 month’s tuition upon registration. If you were added to the waiting list in 2018, you should have received a coupon to remove this registration fee. If you have not yet received your coupon, please check your emails or send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your subscription will be renewed every month until November and will automatically be cancelled after the final instalment. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED IN DECEMBER. If you are registering for the “University Assistance - B. Sc Biological Sciences to gain access to MEDICINE course”, please ensure that you cancel your subscription in May. We will send you an email in April to remind you about this.
- Our invoice run will take place on the 23rd of each month. Your initial payment will include a registration and a prorata for the amount of days left until the next invoice run. Going forward, you will ONLY BE CHARGED THE ADVERTISED PRICE EACH MONTH.
- You can terminate your subscription at any time in the “Account Information” page.
For NBT Registrations:
- You will only be charged a once off payment for the course.
- You will have access to your course details through the “Dashboard” section of your profile. This will include the programme, start and end times as well as the physical address of the event.
- You can cancel up to 7 days before the course and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. Any cancellations within 7 days will only be eligible for a 30% refund. A “No Show” will regrettably not be eligible for a refund.
When registering you will need the following details:
- Parent Name and Surname (Billing Name)
- Parent email address (Billing Email)
- Parent physical address (Billing Address)
- Parent contact number
- Student Name and Surname
- Food requirements such as allergens or religious beliefs (Optional)
We regard security as the utmost priority and your information is on the top of that list. Data will always be transferred on a secure SSL connection and encrypted with AES-256. Additionally, Seventh Star will NEVER HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS. These details will be stored in a secure vault hosted by Peach Payments, our preferred card processing partner. Peach Payments handle the card processing for large companies such as Adidas, Momentum, Aramex, The DA, Pandora and hundreds more!
